Sales & Return Policy

At Quick Anneal®, we take pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our products and those of the third parties that we market. We want you to enjoy and to be satisfied with your purchase. If you are not pleased with your order for any reason, we offer a straightforward refund and returns policy as outlined below.

RETURNS POLICY:
You have 14 days to return a defective product due to manufacturing defects. If the product is found to be defective, we will cover the return shipping costs, and a new product will be ordered on a warranty basis.

NOT BEEN USED ITEMS: To process a return, the products must remain in their original packaging and must not have been used. Returning a non-defective product or a product outside the 14 – day return period will incur a fee of 20%, plus applicable shipping costs.

DAMAGED PRODUCTS:
It’s important to note that we cannot guarantee the circumstances in which our products are used, and therefore, we cannot provide replacements for items damaged due to user error.

CANCELLATION POLICY:
Cancelling a paid order will incur a fee of 20% of the purchase price.

TPI NOTICE:
Please be aware that we cannot accept responsibility where the wrong TPI (Threads Per Inch) is ordered for silencers. However, if you have received a silencer that is unused, undamaged, and still in its original packaging, we are more than willing to replace it. Shipping for buyer’s account.

SHIPPING POLICY:
Once we have handed your parcel over to our courier providers, we regrettably do not have direct control over the logistics, force majeure events etc. of its delivery. If you wish to purchase insurance for your order, please contact us via email.
Quick Anneal® has the compulsory international certification, SARS & Customs approved Export Permits and pre-approval documents to export to all countries where we do not have dealers yet.

BACKORDER POLICY:
We understand that certain products are exceptionally popular and maintaining them in stock can be challenging. To address this, we do accept backorders, which is the most convenient way to secure your unit promptly.
When you place a backorder, your position is reserved, and orders will be fulfilled in the sequence in which they were received. This ensures fairness and a timely delivery of products as soon as they become available. We appreciate your patience and commitment to our products.

PRODUCTION GUIDELINES:
While we make every effort to maintain stock levels, there are instances where we may need to manufacture your order. Quick Anneal® and our associated partners take pride in producing all our products in-house. It is important that we cannot interrupt production to prioritize another.
We aim to provide accurate lead times on our products. Factors like load shedding, industrial action, availability of materials and International or regional crises and epidemics may influence these estimates.

WARRANTY GUIDELINES:
2 Years for Quick Anneal® Induction Annealers after the initial 14 days, will be assessed. Tamper seals and screws must still be intact and visibly not been tampered with. If it is component related defects or malfunction, will be handled on the warranty basis.
After the 2 years has lapsed any repairs and damage will be assessed first, and a quoted price for the repairs specified. All shipping for the buyer’s account.
