Induction Annealing
Is superior to gas flame type annealing.
- Gas flame scorches the outside of the case, deteriorating the metal appearance and properties over time.
- Gas flame heat is never the same, as the pressure in the cannister drop the heat profile also varies greatly, different gas types also burn hotter or colder resulting in variations and inconsistency.
- Gas flame is sensitive to environmental conditions like wind drafts etc.
- It is dangerous to have gas and an open flame in reloading and household rooms.
- Inconsistent and for most difficult to adjust the same for every use cycle
Induction annealing is the process through heating the brass cases in an electrical manner within an electromagnetic field. The lower the resistance of the brass, or the higher the intensity of the magnetic field, the greater the heating effect is. (That is why it is important to sort cases by manufacturer as their conductivity differ by brand). The magnetic field is focused and only the case becomes hot and heating in the area where it is specifically required, i.e. the neck and shoulder area.
Annealing brass is a process of heating the brass workpiece above its recrystallization temperature. This results in softening of the brass and relieves any internal stresses developed in the material due to previous operations (sizing, forming and shooting). Brass annealing is commonly done to soften bullet brass casings to reuse them (Some of our clients report from 28 – 42 reuse cycles of reloading the same brass). Annealing should always be done before resizing. This control the springback and allow repeatable and accurate shoulder bumping and neck sizing. Annealing should be done after every firing / reload to extend case life and enhance consistency by setting the same neck tension every time.
We recommend the following sequence for best results:
Used brass – shoot, clean, anneal, die / press work, etc.
New brass – anneal first and continue with reloading sequence

Adjustable Time Heating
This is a noteworthy feature as the user is in full control of the machine. If required to fire form cases e.g. in Ackley Improved, SLR, Dasher, BR and Wildcat cartridges. By slightly increasing the anneal time, a substantial area of the case was heat treated, resulting in a greater surface area for the initial forming. As more material were treated this minimizes thin or thick areas within the brass case . Saving also on the amount of fire forming to reach the desired case shape and size. The AR community like a bit more springback and by reducing the time this is controlled and achieved. F-Class, ELR, Bench Rest, PRS and NRL prefer minimal springback therefore our machines provide the user with great adaptability and full control to meet their stringent needs.

Micro Pulsing
Our Micro – Pulsing Technology is advanced and something to behold! By design brass cases have thinner necks and is thicker to the shoulder and body area. By applying our unique proven technology, we treat the two areas in one anneal cycle with different temperature profiles over the same period. We are the only manufacturer to accomplish this to date and an industry first. The result, cases that anneal uniformly and consistent each time from the 1st brass case to no. 150 / 200

No Sacrificial Cases
With Quick Anneal there is no sacrificial cases, even switching to another brand in the same caliber or turning necks. No special pilots or shell holders for cases required, that escalate reloading costs unnecessary and slowing you down during annealing. We have an easy uncomplicated test function conveniently built in. The user performs the test to determine anneal time. In general when a brass case fits in the coil assembly, our machines effortless anneal it . From the smallest 17 Rem – 408 Cheytac / 470 NE

Adjustable Case Height
This combines fine tuning of a few features to achieve user preference and extra control. By adjusting the time heating and playing with the height (for those custom match chambers, case dies, wildcats and fire forming cases) you personally can achieve an array of desired results safely. Switching from one caliber to the next, the case height is adjusted in seconds. On the larger cases if the height is to high the machine will alert the user and recommend the desired action. If you do not wish to fiddle with these fine adjustments… no problem, included is our Quick Height Guide that will set you up with no fuss.

Certification
We obtained the compulsory international certification for our machines. This certification is legally required by all manufacturers of electric / electronic equipment that uses AC / DC power. If you have hearing aids and pacemakers our machines operate within the safe limits of those devices EMC / EMI. Electrical safety operation of our units, shock protection between user and machine (not achievable with most affordable touch screens).
Only certified equipment is therefore allowed to be sold to the public / end user by the manufacturer and or his dealers / agents / distributors. Please support certified and tested products. Be a responsible consumer and retailer. It is for your own safety and accountability.

Case Sorting Anomaly Detection and Warning!
Our machines detect with advanced smart sensors and our unique software when brass cases differ significantly from one another in the neck and shoulder area. It will alert the user to the specific case. There are a few reasons for this. Brass is mixed with other calibers like 243, 6.5CM and 308 all look the same in diameter but have different anneal properties and settings thus the anomaly. Brass case brands are not separated in the same caliber. Necks was turned / cut not within the same limits of each other. Brass cases have more or less material as a result of the manufacturing process and quality of that specific brand. “The machine performs case sorting” automatically and scientifically for your ease and convenience. These sorting criteria can be set by the uses for stricter sorting and enhanced case consistency, Giving you the advantage when required to have uniform brass! These case anomalies will result in inconsistent neck tension, shoulder springback, excessive bullet grip and erratic ES.
